Ice Cube has announced that he is trying to reunite the living members of the World’s Most Dangerous group, N.W.A., for this year’s Coachella festival.
Cube is already listed on the line-up for this years event as a solo artist, alongside the re-united Guns N’ Roses, Calvin Harris and LCD Soundsystem.
He was quoted on the US Show, “The Talk” that his set will feature much more than what is being advertised on the promotional material.
“I’ve got some tricks up my sleeve”
“Im gonna try to bring the members of N.W.A. together. Give everybody a little history lesson on Ice Cube and N.W.A., Westside Connection, everything I’ve been doing over the years”.
Ice Cube later added that the show will have “some great visuals”, adding to the speculation that there may also be an Eazy-E hologram involved in the show.
On April 8th 2015, N.W.A. is set to inducted in to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, therefore it would be a good time to reunite the group before such an event.
Dr. Dre has not performed with the group for some times, however Cube himself did briefly reunite with DJ Yella and MC Ren at the BET Experience last year, prior to the release of the Straight Outta Compton biopic.
