Since the announcement of Trina’s most recent venture for her record label, Rockstarr Music Group with Penalty Entertainment (Sony Red Distribution), fans have been waiting for the Trina’s next installment.
Just today it was announced that the Platinum recording has teamed up with Grammy award winning producer, “Rico Love” to bring fans the moment that fans have been waiting for.
“F**k Boy”, as the song has been titled, is a re-creation of hip-hop legend, Eazy-E’s “Boyz N The Hood” and will be featured on Trina’s sixth upcoming studio album.
We were introduced to Trina back in 1998 when she featured on Trick Daddy’s “NANN” and ever since then she has released hit album after hit album, from ‘Da Baddest Bixxh’ back in 2000, ‘Diamond Princess’ in 2002, ‘Glamorest Life’ in 2005 and most recently, ‘Amazin’, which was released in 2010.
“Rico Love”, the producer behind “F**k Boy” explains “I wanted to give Trina a record that was aggressive and memorable. A musical approach to remind the world that she is still as titled “Da Baddest Chick!. A beat and flow that was familiar to Hip Hop while grabbing the listener instantly in its melodic form. This is only the beginning! The music scene and fans will be pleasantly surprised by the entire project. #TTLO”
